Consultation
After you fill out all of your and your pets information, on the schedule software, we can then set up a consultation. The consultation generally takes 45 minutes or less and must be completed one week prior to pet sitting. It is a time for you and your pets to meet us, but most importantly this is when we get to learn all about their routine. It is important that we know where necessary things are kept such as: food, toys, leashes, and treats. It also helps us understand the animals likes and dislikes so that we can ensure that they have a good time while you're away. Consultations are free if completed one week prior to trip or there is a last minute consultation fee of $25.
Providing House Keys
Two house keys must be provided. Please have the keys at the consultation visit, so we can make sure they work. Keys are kept on file for future use or we can arrange a key return after you are home which will be $25, each time.
Pet Sitting appointments have to be approved and you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your pet have been scheduled.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be done through the schedule software. All pet sitting services are subject to a one week/7 days cancellation period. Clients are responsible for half (50%) of the total invoice if canceled within this time period. There are no credits or refunds once service has begun or for early returns.
Holidays
During Major Holidays there is an extra fee for services which will be reflected in the confirmation email received. Holidays are a busy time so make sure you book as early as you can.
